Own the AI layer on top of the studio OS, do not try to replace it. Sell "twenty minutes of typing becomes twenty seconds of review" to independent teachers at $49/month, then white-label into MyMusicStaff-class ERPs. 2. Pedagogy Extraction + Three Outputs

Build the core pipeline as a Server Action that runs after upload.
 
1. Transcribe with Whisper. Store transcript on lessons.transcript.
2. Call Claude with a strict JSON schema:

   - Student recap: 3-5 sentences, second person, name the piece and one win.
   - Practice plan: Mon-Sun rows with minutes and a single instruction per day, totaling the teacher's stated practice target or 20 minutes default.
   - Parent email: 120-180 words, warm, no jargon without a translation, one ask (practice days).
4. Show all three in an editor with a "send" button. Sending writes status=sent and emails parent_email via Resend.
 
If any assignment event has an empty span, drop it and flag "unverified — add manually" rather than shipping a hallucinated task.

3. Record + Consent + Longitudinal Memory

Mobile-first record flow:
- Before MediaRecorder starts, show a consent sheet: who is being recorded, that audio is processed and discarded on this plan, and a "use dictation instead" fallback that opens a textarea.
- Write a consent_events row before upload.
- Upload audio to a short-lived signed URL, run the pipeline, delete the blob.
 
Longitudinal memory:
- On generate, fetch the last 3 sent practice_plans for this student.
- Pass them into the Claude user message as "do not repeat last week's exact assignments unless the teacher restated them; continue unfinished work."
- Surface a "continue from last week" chip on the review screen.
 
Add a weekly cron that emails the teacher a one-line digest: N recaps sent, N still in draft, students with no plan in 14 days.
